A few things to know:
Cancellations & changes
- To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by email or phone.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours but within 7 days of your shoot are charged 50% of the rental fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full.
Payment
- Payment is made on site by cash or card.
- We do not accept bank transfers.
- We issue an official VAT invoice on site.
Arriving
- Your booking starts at the reserved time. If you arrive early and the studio is open, you’re welcome to wait with a coffee.
- If the studio is available, you may start early or extend your booking by the hour.
- Setup and cleanup are part of your booking time. Please leave the studio as you found it.
- Need help? Assistance is available for 4,000 HUF per hour.
